These Terms of Service were last revised on and are effective as of: September 1, 2013. Please note that in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms of Service, the English version shall prevail.
THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENTThese Terms of Service ("Terms of Service" or "Agreement") pertain to the Friends of ISF Academy website, located at the following URL: http://admissions.isf.edu.hk. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ISF ACADEMY AND EACH USER OF OR VISITOR TO THE FRIENDS WEBSITE ("YOU"). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE FRIENDS WEBSITE, YOU ACCEPT, INDICATE YOUR ASSENT TO, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE GATEWAY WEBSITE IS PROHIBITED EXCEPT PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR FULL AND CONTINUED COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE FRIENDS WEBSITE. THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL RIGHTS GRANTED HEREIN AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATE UPON YOUR FAILURE TO FULLY COMPLY WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. USER IDS AND PASSWORDS We may refuse to issue you a particular user ID for any reason. You are solely responsible for the safeguarding and use of your user ID and password. You may not disclose, lend, share, transfer or sell your user ID or your use of or access to the Gateway Website to any third party. If you believe your user ID, password, account or information have been compromised, you must notify us in writing immediately. You are solely responsible for any use or misuse of your user ID and/or password.
2. TERM AND TERMINATION The term of this Agreement commences upon your first access or use of the Friends of ISF Academy Website and continues until terminated by either party as set forth in this Agreement. Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to the other party. In addition, we reserve the right to immediately terminate this Agreement and/or your access to and use of the Friends of ISF Academy Website if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement or for any other reason specified herein. Upon termination of this Agreement by either party, your right to use the Friends of ISF Academy Website shall immediately cease, and we will have no further obligation to you or the applicant, except as set forth in the Privacy Policy.
3. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE The ISF Academy reserves the right to modify Terms of Service from time-to-time at our discretion, unless otherwise agreed between The ISF Academy and you, in writing. The ISF Academy will notify you of any modifications to this Agreement by electronically posting the revised Terms of Service on the Friends of ISF Academy Website. We encourage you to review this Agreement frequently in order to be aware of any changes. The revised Terms of Service will be effective as of the Effective Date displayed at the top and bottom of this document. Your continued use of the Friends of ISF Academy Website after the Effective Date of the revised Terms of Service will constitute your assent to and acceptance of the Agreement, as revised. In addition, The ISF Academy may, but is not obligated to, notify you via e-mail and/or by other means of such modifications.
4. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION Your information includes any information you provide to us during the registration process, or through any email feature (defined herein as "Your Information"). We may use Your Information and other information we obtain from your current and past activities at the Friends of ISF Academy website to: (1) provide notifications relating to the online application process; (2) collect fees owed; and (3) detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity.
5. SECURITY OF INFORMATION No data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. We do not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit, and you do so at your own risk. You can report network abuse and any risk of security violations to us by emailing [email protected].
6. BREACH We may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your account if you breach this Agreement or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not undertake to verify or authenticate all information provided to us, and we disclaim any obligation to you or to any other person to do so.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY In no event shall we be liable to you or any other person for any losses, damages, claims, expenses or injury, including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, claims, expenses or injury, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of the same and whether the same are alleged in tort (including strict liability) or contract, and even if we or our donors have knowledge of the possibility of such potential loss or damage, that accompany or result (1) from your use of this website; (2) from use of any of the services provided hereunder; or (3) from your use of any other website which is accessible from this website.
8. GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service.

2. 年期及終止本協議 從您第一次到訪或使用弘立書院之友網站開始，本協議便起始生效，並繼續進行直到任何一方終止本協議。任何一方均可終止本協議并以書面方式通知另一方。此外，如果您違反本協議的任何條款或其他任何這裡指定的原因，我們有權立即終止本協議和/或禁止弘立書院之友網站的訪問和使用。任何一方在本協議終止後，您的弘立書院之友網站的使用權應將立即停止，並且對於您或申請者我們將不會有任何進一步的義務，除非隱私政策規定。

4. 資料使用 您的個人資料包括您在登記過程中或通過任何電子郵件功能（此處定義為“您的信息”）提供給我們的任何信息。我們從當前和過去的弘立書院之友活動中得到您的資料可能會使用於（1）在網上入學申請流程中用作通知你的途徑（2）收集欠費，以及（3）檢測和保護我們免受錯誤、欺詐和其他犯罪活動。
5. 資料安全 通過互聯網或任何無線網絡數據傳輸並不能保證絕對的安全，我們不確保或保證您傳輸的資料的安全性，所以您應了解自己的風險。如您遇到濫用網絡或其他風險，您可以電郵[email protected]通知我們。
6. 違約 如果您違反本協議或者我們無法核實或驗證您提供給我們的任何資料，我們可能會立即發出警告、暫時中止、無限期地中止或終止您的註冊。儘管如此，我們並不負責驗證您提供給我們的所有資料，並不承擔任何義務向您或任何其他人這樣做。
